James has an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Long Island University. He has achieved the Advance Communicator Bronze and Competent Leadership Bronze recognitions. James spent over 23 years as a consultant. Within those years, he provided expert and professional services for Fortune 500 companies. He provided services as a Senior Consultant, Data Base Administrator, System Programmer, and Application Programmer. He led management efforts and coordinated system migrations and implementation for large databases for multi-national groups. For example, companies, such as, Charles of the Ritz, Citibank, American Express, IBM, Con Edison, Westinghouse, GTE, Publix Supermarkets, Florida Power & Light, Whirlpool and PSE&G. In addition, James has over 40 years in the Martial Arts; this includes Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, and Kung Fu. He holds a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He has been 30 years involved with nutritional supplements for health and wellness. All over the world, speaking well and leadership skills are assets organizations are looking for in individuals. Currently, James is the Area 30 Governor and Past President of Jose Gaspar Toastmasters Club. As Area Governor, he has the privilege to serve with broader responsibilities. He believes that the core values in making Jose Gaspar Toastmasters Club, a Select Distinguished Club in 2008-2009, can be used in the role of Area Governor to achieve similar recognitions on a broader level.
