As Doctoral Faculty, Doreen serves as a dissertation chair to research studies from around the world. She enjoys working with doctoral students on a variety of qualitative and quantitative studies applying organizational and management philosophies. Doreen is a member of Delray Newsmakers and is the immediate past Vice President of Public Relations. Her club has been a Presidents Distinguished club since 2006.

Her educational background includes both a Ph.D. (Organization and Management with a Specialization in International Business) and MBA (Management). As an organizational troubleshooter, she combines both educational and professional business experience in her practical, innovative approach.
