Division F Area Directors

Area F60 Director Patricia Rolle-HamiltonArea F60 - Patrica Rolle-Hamilton, ACG, ALB

Patricia Rolle-Hamilton is a charter member of Achievers of Excellence Toastmasters Club. She has been the club’s pacesetter since 2011 and presently serves as the club mentor. She was 2013 winner of the District 47 Table Topics Contest and recipient of the Division F Outstanding Member pin for 2015-2016.
Patricia has volunteered with United Football Club since 2007 and is club director and U17 Boys Team manager.
She is employed with the Public Hospital Authority at Princess Margaret Hospital Health Sciences Community Library in Nassau, Bahamas. Patricia is a member of the American Library Association and the Association of Caribbean University, Research and Institutional Libraries.
Patricia earned a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of South Florida in 2007. 

Area F61 Director Dianne LockhartArea F61 - Dianne Lockhart, CC, CL

Dianne Lockhart became a part of Toastmasters International as a charter member of BAF Stars Club on June 1, 2010. She completed her Competent Communicator and Competent Leader designations and is in the process of completing Advanced Communicator Bronze and Advanced Leader Bronze. She served as assistant coordinator of the Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program for BAF Stars. Dianne is also a mentor of the RM Bailey Gavel Club. She recently became a dual member at Destined For Success Club.  
Dianne is always willing to learn and believes that when you stop learning you begin to die. She retired from BAF Financial in 2012 because of health issues, but that has not slowed her down. She keeps busy with hobbies, including being an avid reader and world traveler.

Area F62 Director Daisy GibsonArea F62 - Daisy Gibson, ACS, CL

Daisy Gibson officially joined Toastmasters International on June 1, 2011. Since then, she has been committed to the program. Daisy’s philosophy is to stimulate the mind by learning new things. Her achievements include a bachelor’s degree in Administration and Accounting, certification in health care management and an associate degree in computer information systems
Daisy is employed at Princess Margaret Hospital, where she manages the circulation desk in the Health Sciences Community Library.
She is married to Jefferson Thomas Gibson and they are blessed to have two beautiful children – Jencie and Jessica Gibson. She also loves gardening, singing and meeting people.

Area F63 Alphanique SwannArea F63 - Alphanique Swann, CC, CL

Since Alphanique Swann decided to rejoin and fully immerse herself in the Toastmasters organization, Toastmasters has become an intrinsic part of her life. She has served in various executive roles, which has resulted in personal and professional growth, even as she pushed the club to seek its full potential. Toastmasters served to increase her leadership, social and organizational skills. 
Alphanique has been given the opportunity to lead, teach and mentor members, both in her club and other Toastmasters who have sought her advice and experience. She has also been called upon by various youth organizations to conduct speech workshops and competitions. The Toastmasters organization has greatly impacted Alphanique’s life and development, and she endeavors to give her efforts to furthering the program.
