District Director
Price Polynice, DTM
A two-time Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and a member of four clubs, Price has been a proud member of Toastmasters International for 12 years. He has dedicated himself to developing his leadership skills by serving in all club-level officer roles and various district-level roles, including Area Director, Division Director, District Club
Retention Chair, and currently serving as Program Quality Director.
Price is also a veteran of the United States Navy and holds an MBA with an Executive Certificate in Project Management. He is also a business owner and a TEDx Speaker Coach, he shares his expertise and knowledge to empower others. His passion lies in serving others, helping them achieve their goals and make a positive impact.

Ancin Munnings, DTM
Ancin Munnings, DTM is a Senior Coordinator of I.T. Operations by profession. A Toastmaster since 2012, Ancin did not seek out Toastmasters at all! After graduating from High School his former boss and now
fellow Toastmaster told him about the program and offered an invite to attend a meeting at The First Bahamas Branch of Toastmasters Club 1600, but he declined due to seeing it as not being “his kind of thing” at that
time being an introvert. However, five years later the offer came to him again to visit Club 1600 and he accepted it discovering that this is what is needed to “get him out of his shell”. Since joining the program
he has climbed the ladder of leadership serving in all club positions (Sergeant at Arms to President), serving as an Area 93 Director, Club Retention Chairman (for The Bahamas), Division I Director, and presently as District 47 Club Growth Director. Ancin obtained the coveted Distinguished Toastmaster designation (the highest education award in Toastmasters) in 2020.

Gerard Rolle, DTM
Distinguish Toastmaster S Gerard Rolle was born on June 1st 1969, he’s the 8th child out of 9 children to Simon and Idell Rolle (DECEASED) he’s the proud father of 5 children…… Travez, Shakinah, Chloe, Gerard jr and Hailey he’s married to the lovely Cicely Thompson Rolle. Distinguish toastmaster Rolle graduated from the A. F Adderley Senior High in 1986. He is a proud member of Holy Cross Anglican Church. He’s is a plumber by profession but sees himself as a serial entrepreneur. He joined Toastmasters in August, 2015 as a member of Healing Communicators Toastmaster Club 7178. In April 2016 he became a dual member of Pinnacle Seekers Toastmaster Club 1513325 where he served as the club President 2016/2017. He has since served in various roles at the club level VP Membership, VP Public Relation and Treasurer. He served at the district level as an Area Director 2019/2020, and Division Director 2021/2022. Distinguished Toastmaster Gerard Rolle is the club sponsor of three clubs East Central Archdeaconry Toastmasters club 7717904, Bahamar Limitless Toastmasters Club 28676411 and the BAMSI Altitude
Toastmasters Club 6796. His love for the Toastmasters program is what fuels him to continue his passion to serve his fellow members and to support them on their Toastmasters journey.

Susan Vineta, DTM
Dr. Susan Vineta, DTM, a member of Toastmasters International since 2015, is currently serving as Administrative Manager for District 47, Southeast Florida and Islands of the Bahamas. She is an active member of Daybreak, Sunrise, and Art of Speaking Toastmasters. In 2022-2023, she served as District 47 Club Extension Co-Chair, and was recognized as DTM Super Nova for Division A. In 2021-2022, as Area 15 Director, achieved a Select Distinguished Area and received the Division A Area Director of the Year award.
Professionally, Dr. Susan, is a wellness entrepreneur, serving her practice members as founder of Better Energy Everyday, a concierge practice serving clients on-site with chiropractic care, nutritional consults and lifestyle modifications providing strategies for optimized health.
Dr. Susan, passionate about the environment, chiropractic, and human rights, frequents Florida’s and the U.S. Capital’s policymakers advocating for betterment. As a professional volunteer, who loves to give back to the community, Dr. Susan gives of her time to several organizations aligned with her passions.
Currently, she is collaborating to manifest her vision of creating a sustainable healing center within Peace on Earth Ecovillage. Dr. Susan’s mission is to provide a sanctuary with access to world-class healers for residents and guests to be educated and guided to peace, love, joy, and better energy every day.
Division Directors
Division A
Beverly Ledgister
Beverly Is a proud member of Weston Area Toastmasters Club since June 2019. She has served as Sergeant at Arms, President, Vice-President of Education, and Treasurer. Most recently she served as Division A, Area 10 Director 2023/2024. Beverly credits Toastmasters with her growth in leadership, communication, and confidence in public speaking. Beverly has seen growth in all areas of her life since joining Toastmasters. She is currently working towards her DTM. Beverly loves personal growth (an ongoing journey), reading, music, and spending time with her family.
Professionally, Beverly is a Registered Nurse of over 30 years. She retired her license in 2022. She graduated with her AS degree in 1990, and received her BSN from Nova Southeastern University in 2004. She has worked in Medical/Oncology, ER, ICU and the Recovery Room at a large trauma hospital in South Florida. Beverly has now transitioned to Holistic Health & Life Coaching. She has her own coaching business helping women lose weight holistically without counting calories, taking pills or starving themselves, while teaching the core pillars of health. She loves teaching others on natural and preventative health and helping others get to root issues, medical or emotional using natural remedies like Essential Oils.
Division B
Linda Clarke, DTM
An avid learner, Linda Clarke holds an LLM in International Finance & Banking Law from the University of Liverpool, an LLB (Hons) from the University of Huddersfield and a Project Management Certification from the International Business Training Association. She has been a fixture in the financial services industry for over twenty-five years. Linda is employed at Gateway Ascendancy Ltd as a Real Estate Owned Manager.
Linda joined Toastmasters in December 2020 and is a member of three District 47 clubs: Healing Communicators Club 7178, Sunrise Toastmasters and Superior Speakers Advanced. Linda has held leadership roles at the club and district levels, including Sargeant-at-Arms, Treasurer, Area Director, and Club Coach. She was awarded Toastmaster of the Year 2021/2022 for Healing Communicators. Currently, Linda serves as the Vice President Education for Sunrise Toastmasters, Vice President Public Relations for Healing Communicators, and District 47 Pathways Co-Chair. She is also a charter member of Superior Speakers Advanced. Linda was awarded the Distinguished Toastmaster designation on September 15th, 2023.
Recreationally, Linda is a distance runner, travel enthusiast, blogger, and content creator. She is preparing to add the title “author” to her list of achievements as a co-author of the “Women Thrive: Volume 3” anthology, set to release in June 2024.
Linda is a proud ‘boy mom’ to ten-year-old London.
Division C
Oris Martin, DTM
Oris Martin has been a member of Toastmasters since 2010 when she became a founding member of Acts Florida Region Toastmasters.
She is currently a member of two Clubs – Sailfish Toastmasters and City of Delray Beach Toastmasters. She has served in numerous officer roles including serving as President of both clubs at the same time. Her favorite role is as Vice President of Education because it gives her the opportunity to introduce new members to the Toastmasters learning experience.
She served as a Pathways Guide for the District when Pathways was being introduced in 2018 and as a Club Coach.
She earned the DTM award in 2010 but feels that the greatest joy she experienced as a Toastmaster was being given the opportunity to serve as an Area Director in Division C at the same time as her husband Gary.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist. She has been employed as the Fitness Director in a senior community where she assists in conducting ongoing research on cognitive health and senior wellness for the last 15 years. In 2022 she was recognized by the Marquis Who’s Who in America for excellence in her field.
Division D
Lona Fink
Lona Fink joined Toastmasters International in June 2022. She was the Club President of a brand-new Toastmasters Club that was struggling to stay afloat. The Club relaunched in late October 2022 and made Select Distinguished their very first year.
In District 47, Lona is an Area Director for the 2023-2024 fiscal year and a member of Sailfish Toastmasters. In District 81, Lona is the Secretary of the Innovators Advanced Toastmasters Club (IATC) in Trinidad & Tobago.
Since joining Toastmasters International, she found her true passion and why – “Helping others find their true authentic voice to unlock limitless opportunities.” Lona credits her success to both Toastmasters International and Yoodli (AI Communication Speech Coach). As a Yoodli Ambassador, Lona has given Keynote speeches worldwide, including a District event in Africa.
While she’s only been a Toastmaster for a very short time, Lona was asked to be part of a TEDx Coaching Team. This is something she never even imagined possible. She’s excited to be working with this amazing TEDx Team as they share unique stories that will help change lives.
With over 27 years in Human Capital Management in Corporate America, Lona has transitioned to an entrepreneur and currently runs her Life & Business Coaching company. In her free time, Lona enjoys meditation, rowing on her Hydrow, reading, learning, and uncovering limitless opportunities.
Division E
Cece Espeut, DTM
CeCe Espeut is a former US Marine, author, two-time TEDx speaker, and a four-time Distinguished Toastmaster. Her Toastmasters achievements include:

Since joining Toastmasters, she has worked on the various committees learning teamwork, empathy, and how to motivate and mentor members and contribute to a positive and cohesive club culture. These are all qualities that are required of any leader but especially in a Division Director of District 47 whose function is to start new clubs and support challenged clubs.

In like thought how do I describe this Toastmaster……
Committed, determined, energetic and passionate about the Toastmasters program. She is has served in all of the Club Roles and also served as Club Sponsor, Mentor and Coach. She is the current Division I Area 92 Director. An active member of 5 Toastmaster Clubs. She is a mother of 3 and a proud grandmother of 2 amazing boys. She is a Legal Administrator by profession pursuing her Bachelor of Law Degree to realize the childhood dream of becoming an Attorney at Law. She is the founder of Moments With The Master morning meditations, a melodious singer, friend, confidant. This Toastmaster is so many things to so many people.
